WebWatcher for PC Installation Instructions

If you purchased WebWatcher for PC, please follow the installation instructions below:
1. From the computer you wish to monitor, log into your WebWatcherData account (https://www.webwatcherdata.com). You’ll need to enter the username and password you entered when you purchased. It should also be in your order confirmation email.
2. Select “Settings”.
3. Select "Download & Licensing”. Your available license(s) will be displayed. Select the Download link next to WebWatcher for PC.
4. The setup wizard will start.
5. Follow the instructions in the wizard to complete your installation.

If you purchased WebWatcher for Mac, please follow the installation instructions below:
1. From the computer you wish to monitor, log into your WebWatcherData account (https://www.webwatcherdata.com). You’ll need to enter the username and password you entered when you purchased. It should also be in your order confirmation email.
2. Select “Settings”.
3. Select "Download & Licensing”. Your available license(s) will be displayed. Select the Download link next to WebWatcher for Mac.
4. The setup wizard will start.
5. Follow the instructions in the wizard to complete your installation.

WebWatcher Mobile Plus for BlackBerry Installation Instructions

If you purchased WebWatcher Mobile Plus for BlackBerry, please follow the installation instructions below:
1. From the phone (phone you wish to monitor) navigate to your browser and type getati.com (https://www.getati.com). You’ll be prompted to enter the username (full email) and password. Please click LOGIN.
2. Click the “WebWatcher Mobile Link".
3. Select "Set Application Permissions”.
4. Select "Download".
5. A "Permissions: Blackberry Installer" window will display. Please set all the options to “Allow”.
6. Select the BLACKBERRY key, then select SAVE. This will prompt the following message: "Downloading Blackberry Installer".
7. Once downloaded, a pop up message will display "The application was successfully installed".
8. Select RUN (WARNING: DO NOT CLICK “OK”).
9. Please enter your Username and Password and accept the terms and conditions.
10. Select SUBMIT.
11. A pop up will display "Your account has been verified ". Please select “Install”.
12. Select “OK”, to save the application permissions.
13. A message will display the device has been registered. Select “OK’ to continue.
14. Select “Restart Now”.
15. The phone will restart and the following message will display: "Security Software Verification”. Select “OK” to apply the changes.


Please clear your browser's history after the installation is completed. To do so, please follow these steps:
1. Navigate to your phone's Browser.
2. Select the BLACKBERRY key, then click “History” option.
3. Select the BLACKBERRY key, then click “clear All”.
4. This will prompt the following message: "Clear History?", Select Delete.
5. Select the BLACKBERRY key, to exit the browser’s history. Done!

WebWatcher Mobile Plus for Android Installation Instructions

If you purchased WebWatcher Mobile Plus for Android, please follow the installation instructions below:
1. From the phone (phone you wish to monitor) navigate to your browser and type getati.com (https://www.getati.com). You’ll be prompted to enter the username (full email) and password. Please click LOGIN.
2. Click the “WebWatcher Mobile Plus for Android" link.
3. Please expand the notification area and select "AndroidInstaller.apk”.
4. Select "Install".
5. Select RUN (WARNING: DO NOT CLICK “DONE”).
6. You’ll be prompted to enter the username (full email) and password. Please accept the terms and conditions and select “Submit”.
7. Select Install.
8. Select "Done".
9. A pop up will display the device name, based on the device’s model.
10. Select "Continue".
11. Select “OK” to uninstall the installer.
12. Select "OK" to complete the installation.


Please clear your browser's history after the installation is completed. To do so, please follow these steps:
1. Navigate to your phone's Browser application.
2. Select the "Menu" key.
3. Select "More".
4. Select "Settings".
6. Once the installation is completed, please reboot the device. Done!

They will also give you a quick overview on how to use our web console to get the information you are looking for.

To utilize your purchased White Glove Service, follow these steps:
1. While at the computer you wish to monitor, log into your account at https://www.webwatcherdata.com
2. Go to the Help tab and click LiveChat
3. Tell the support team member that you purchased White Glove Service and that you are ready to install. The support team will take it from there. Note: The average White Glove installation takes between10 and 20 minutes to complete. Please make sure you have at least that much time set aside before you start.

Unlimited Updates Renewal / Upgrading from a Prior WebWatcher Version

If you have renewed your Unlimited Updates Package or are upgrading from a prior version, we advise you to re-install by performing the following steps:

NOTE: If you have WebWatcher version 6.1.0.886 or higher and you have Unlimited Updates assigned to that computer, you can utilize the automatic updater from within your account. Please skip down to those instructions (“Automatic Updater”).
1. Uninstall your current version from the computer you wish to reinstall on.
2. Reboot the computer.
3. From that computer, log into your WebWatcherData account (https://www.webwatcherdata.com). You’ll need to enter the username and password you entered when you purchased. It should also be in your order confirmation email.
4. Select “Settings”.
5. Select "Download & Licensing”. Your available license(s) will be displayed. Select the Download link next to WebWatcher.
6. Locate the computer name under the License Management section of the page and select the “Reset “link.
7. Select the License you wish to reset, then select the “OK”.
8. A Warning message will display, please select “OK” to continue.
9. Your available license(s) will be displayed. Select the Download link located in the Inventory section of the page.
10. To continue with your installation, please follow the WebWatcher Installation Instructions link.
Automatic Updater:
1. Log into your WebWatcherData account (https://www.webwatcherdata.com).
2. Select “Settings”.
3. Select "Download & Licensing”. The computers you have installed WebWatcher onto will be displayed on the lower portion of the page under “License Management”.
4. Find the computer that you would like to update. To the far right, click the “Update” link. You will be prompted to confirm that you want to update that computer to the latest version. Click “Ok” to proceed.
5. The update process has started. The Status column of the License Management section will indicate the status of the upgrade for that computer. Please note that the upgrade will not complete until the next time someone restarts the computer you updated.
